§ 4.18.070 POWER TO FORBID USE OF MUNICIPAL WATER.
   The city reserves the right, in case of shortage of municipal water, or for any other cause, to make any other order forbidding or suspending the use of municipal water for irrigation or sprinkling, and the city may, at its discretion, at any time, make such orders by giving notice through the official newspaper, or by any other media sources to the public, and any person violating such order, shall be subject to a fine of two times the fine amount as set forth by resolution.
