(A) It shall be unlawful for anyone to use water for manual lawn sprinkling purposes on the last day of the month.
(B) Sprinkling may deviate from the above regularly scheduled hours in the event of the installation of a newly planted lawn or landscaping. Sprinkling may then be done daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. as necessary during the day for no longer than two weeks upon notification to the city in writing.
