The call-out fee is a fee to the property owner when city staff responds to a call-out after normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weekends, and on all observed federal holidays. The associated fees will start immediately upon city personnel being dispatched and charged per a four-hour continuous block of time and for every time city personnel are dispatched thereafter. If the block of time exceeds the four hours, additional rates will be charged. All other auxiliary costs incurred by the city will be charged to the property owner as well.
