§ 4.12.100 FIRE HYDRANTS.
   (A)   All fire hydrants are the property of the city and their maintenance and installation shall be factored into setting water rates.
   (B)   All fire hydrants must be flushed at least annually and any hydrants which are inoperative must be reported immediately to the Public Works Director.
