§ 1.08.020 EXECUTION OF A FINE.
   (A)   If the judgment is for a fine alone, execution may issue thereon as on a judgment in a civil case.
   (B)   A judgment that the defendant pay a fine may also direct that he or she be imprisoned until the fine be satisfied, in the proportion of one day’s imprisonment for every $10 of the fine.
