§ 4.10.080 REVIEW OF EACH USER’S MONTHLY WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGE.
   The Finance Committee and City Council will annually review and adjust the wastewater user fees as needed to assure equity of the service charge system established herein and to assure that sufficient funds are obtained to adequately operate and maintain the wastewater treatment works.
