§ 4.10.050 DETERMINING EACH USER’S WASTEWATER SERVICE CHARGE.

   (A)   There are three classes of wastewater users:

      (1)   Residential;

      (2)   Commercial; and

      (3)   Industrial.

   (B)   Service charges for each category will be determined annually during the budget review process. Wastewater rates will be adjusted as needed by the Public Works Committee and City Council. A surcharge may be included at the discretion of the Public Works Director for high strength wastes (such as certain commercial or industrial facilities).
