§ 4.10.030 DETERMINING EACH USER’S WASTEWATER SERVICE RATE.
   (A)   The city with help of the Public Works Director shall determine for each user or user class the monthly sewer rate.
   (B)   This wastewater service rate will include bond obligations, maintenance and reserves, daily operational costs, and emergency funding.
