§ 4.08.020 CONSTITUTION OF HEARING BOARD.

One member of the Board shall be a registered professional engineer with drinking water and wastewater experience; one member shall be a practicing sanitarian; and one member shall be, selected at large, shall have some background knowledge of these wastewater rules.
