The Public Works Director or duly authorized employees are authorized to obtain information concerning industrial processes which have a direct bearing on the kind and source of discharge to the wastewater collection system. Proprietary information that relates to the wastewater must be disclosed to the Public Works Director. Such information will not be released to competitors.
