§ 4.05.010 DISCHARGE OF UNPOLLUTED WATERS TO SEWERS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any unpolluted waters, such as stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage or cooling water to any sewer.
