§ 4.04.100 SUPERVISION OF CITY OFFICIAL REQUIRED.
   The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the Public Works Director when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer main. The connection and testing shall be made under the supervision of the Public Works Director, an assigned representative or shall be documented by the contractor to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director.
