§ 4.03.030 MAINTENANCE OF PLATS.
   The city shall keep a copy of all plats that contain a private wastewater disposal system. This plat will show the location and size of all private wastewater facilities for which permits have been granted. The official plat will be maintained by the city and/or County Clerk and Recorder.
