§ 4.03.020 OWNER OPERATION.
   Owners shall operate and maintain the private wastewater disposal facility in a sanitary manner at all times subject to the rules and regulations of the PCEHD, the most current version of DEQ Chapter 4, and at no cost or expense to the City.
