Where a private wastewater disposal system is still in use and requires repairs, the coordination of permits will be between the sanitarian of the County Environmental Health Department (hereinafter referred to as PCEHD) and the Public Works Director. All work shall comply with the most current version of Montana Department of Environmental (DEQ) Quality Chapter 4, being in Title 17 of the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM). Copies of any permits issued for construction, alteration or extension shall be filed with the City Clerk before proceeding with any construction, alteration, or extension.
