§ 2.18.040 ISSUANCE OF WARRANT.
   Upon filing the complaint, the City Judge shall, if the complaint charges the violation of any municipal ordinance, issue a warrant to any police officer and the officer must serve the warrant by taking the defendant into custody and bringing him or her before the City Judge.
