§ 50.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction. On conviction, the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second and each subsequent offence by a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs. Each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the County Board of Health or by the duly appointed Health Officer shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
   (B)   In the event that it is necessary to enforce this chapter through court action, the violator shall be assessed all legal fees, court costs and all other costs of litigation, in addition to any fines imposed. All such costs, fees and fines shall be an amount determined by the court and awarded as a judgment in favor of the county.
