Any person found to be in violation of any provisions of this chapter may be served by the Health Officer with a written order stating the nature of the violation and providing a time limit for satisfactory correction thereof. Service may be made by certified mail, return receipt requested, by delivering a copy in person, or by affixing a copy to the building served by the noncompliant system.
