§ 50.07 POWERS FOR INSPECTION.

The Health Officer, having proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties at the proper time, after giving due notice for purpose of inspection, measurement, observation, sampling and testing necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
