§ 50.03  SEWER CONNECTION.
   (A)   If a residential or commercial private on-site wastewater treatment system was in existence prior to the adoption of this chapter and that system requires repairs, no repairs may be made if the property served by that system is within 200 feet of a public sewer, and the property must be connected to the public sewer.
   (B)   Where public sewer is available to an undeveloped lot, the sewer must be connected to it when the lot is developed. If the lot is developed prior to the availability of a sewer, the sewer must be connected to the lot when the sewer becomes available. The County Environmental Health Division, with the approval from the State Department of Health, may issue a temporary holding tank permit for not more than one year.
