§ 33.056  ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX.
   (A)   The County Council imposes the county economic development income tax on the county taxpayers of the county.
   (B)   The county economic development income tax is imposed at a rate of 0.25% on the county taxpayers of the county.
   (C)   This tax takes effect July 1, 1995.
