(A) The Auditor of the county shall create a special account and fund designated as the “Decatur County Infraction Deferral Fund”, which shall be separate from the County General Fund, and which shall be a continuous, non-reverting fund.
(B) This fund shall receive all fees and payments as provided for such fund by I.C. 34-28-5-1 and all distributions from such fund shall be made by appropriation as allowed by I.C. 33-37-8-6, as it now exists or as hereafter amended.
