(A) There is hereby created a non-reverting fund for donations of gifts of money or property to the Joint Greensburg-Decatur County Animal Control Board, which fund shall be known as the “Special Non-Reverting Animal Control Board Fund”. Said fund shall be in the custody of the County Auditor.
(B) Monies and/or property may be withdrawn from the fund only upon a voucher signed by the President and Secretary of the Joint Greensburg-Decatur County Animal Control Board.
(C) The County Auditor shall not be responsible for the Board’s application or disposition of the monies or property withdrawn from the fund.
(D) This section shall be in full force and effect on the day of July, 1999.
