(A) There is hereby established a "Law Enforcement" fund for the Decatur County Sheriff’s Department.
(B) This fund will be funded as a subcategory of the Sheriff’s Commissary Fund.
(C) The funds shall be used to fund activities to support and supplement the pursuit, apprehension, and prosecution of individuals involved in racketeering or illegal drug activity, including but not limited to the purchase of information, contraband, articles, or other items which will aid in criminal investigations.
(D) The Sheriff shall file claims in the same manner as all other county funds are required to do for expenditure of these funds.
