§ 94.10 PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION ACROSS OR ALONG ANY HIGHWAY.

Any permit or road usage agreement issued in connection with a construction project or the installation of a pipe line, conduit, or private drain shall contain the minimum requirements included in the Appendix attached to and made a part of Ord. 2014-14.
