§ 155.15  DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   The county and the respective Towns of Millhousen, New Point, St. Paul and Westport hereby appoint the County Area Plan Director to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and is herein referred to as the “Floodplain Administrator”.
