The provisions of I.C. 9-22-1-1 et seq. for the disposal of abandoned vehicles are hereby incorporated within this chapter. The office of the County Building Commissioner shall be the agency responsible for enforcement of this chapter. The County Building Commissioner is designated as the enforcement officer pursuant to I.C. 9-22-1-2.
