(A) The maximum load limit for certain bridges in the county shall be reduced as provided in the then current Bridge Reinspection Study and Report, Decatur County, Indiana.
(B) Two copies of the above-referenced volume shall be kept at the office of the County Auditor for public inspection. Any changes in that document shall be incorporated by reference into this section.
(C) The County Highway Superintendent shall post signs at all bridges where weight limits are reduced by this section.
(D) Any individual who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.
