(A) Ord. 1989-3, passed 7-10-1989.
(1) The speed limit for the areas and roads described in this division (A) shall be 30 mph and shall be in effect after the passage of this division (A) and after said speed zones are posted on said roads.
(2) Law enforcement agencies for the City of Greensburg, Indiana, and law enforcement agencies for the county are both authorized to enforce the provisions of this division (A), regardless of whether enforcement occurs within the city limits or outside the city limits for Greensburg, Indiana.
(3) The court costs and fine money derived from the enforcement of this division (A) shall be credited and paid to the City of Greensburg, Indiana or the county, so that money derived from an arrest by a City of Greensburg law enforcement agency shall go to the City of Greensburg, and proceeds from an arrest by a law enforcement agency from the county shall be paid to the county.
(4) The following areas and roads shall be controlled by this division (A), and shall be governed by the 30 mph zone specified herein, and by the other terms and conditions outlined herein:
(a) Millhousen Road, also known as County Road 60E, from State Road 421 South to 257 feet south of Beechwood Road;
(b) Park Road (50 S) to 200 West, then 200 West to State Road 46;
(c) Moscow Road, from State Road 421 to County Road 150 North;
(d) All of Montgomery Road;
(e) All of Barachel Lane;
(f) County Road N.E. 80 along the Odd Fellows Park, from State Road 46 to East Central Avenue;
(g) All of Freeland Road; and
(h) County Road 150 between Moscow Road and North Carver Street.
(5) Any person violating any provisions of this division (A) shall be fined in a sum of not less than $10, and not more than $100 for each offense, and both police agencies are authorized to file violations of this division (A) through the County Court.
(6) The speed zone described for the areas outlined hereinabove shall remain the same on both sides of the road, regardless of whether said road is in the city limits or outside the city limits for the City of Greensburg, Indiana, and this division (A) is being passed with the full understanding and knowledge of both the City of Greensburg and the county, and is intended to be a reciprocal and joint ordinance, which is being approved by both governmental agencies.
(B) Ord. 1998-8, passed 8-17-1998.
(1) A person may not drive a vehicle on County Road 400 W, from its intersection with County Road 650 N to County Road 750 N, at a speed in excess of 35 mph.
(2) A person who violates this division (B) commits a Class C infraction.
(3) This division (B) shall be effective upon its publication as required by law and upon the posting of signs designating the speed limit.
(C) Ord. 2000-6, passed 6-5-2000.
(1) A person may not drive a vehicle on the county roads designated herein at a speed in excess of the following limits:
(a) Thirty mph on County Road SW 220 between County Road 600 S and County Road 500 S;
(b) Forty-five mph on County Road SW 220 between County Road 500 S and County Road 400 S;
(c) Thirty mph on County Road 500 S between County Road SW 220 and County Road SW 60; and
(d) Forty-five mph on County Road 500 S between County Road 450 W and County Road SW 220.
(2) A person who violates this division (C) commits a Class C infraction.
(3) This division (C) shall be effective upon its publication as required by law and upon the posting of signs designating the speed limit.

(2) As prescribed by the above ordinances, the following speed limits have been set.
(a) Thirty mph on County Road 100 North from the town limits of Milford to a point two-tenths mile west of the corporate boundary line.
(b) Twenty-five mph on County Road 350 N from the Franklin/Decatur County line west for a distance of 1,200 feet.
(c) Forty-five mph on County Road 700 S from its intersection with County Road 350 W to County Road 605 W.
(d) Thirty mph on County Road SW 220 between County Road 600 S and County Road 500 S.
(e) Forty-five mph on County Road SW 220 between County Road 500 S and County Road 400 S.
(f) Thirty mph on County Road 500 S between County Road SW 220 and County Road SW 60.
(g) Forty-five mph on County Road 500 S between County Road 450 W and County Road SW 220.
(h) 30 mph on County Road 850 S from its intersection with County Road 1000 W to a point 1,331 feet west of that intersection.
(i) Thirty mph on County Road 700 S from its intersection with State Road 3 to County Road 420 W.
(3) The penalties already prescribed for violations of posted speed limits shall remain in effect.
(E) Ord. 2004-6, passed 5-17-2004.
(1) A person may not drive a vehicle on the highway designated in this division (E) at a speed in excess of 30 mph.
(2) The limit set by this division (E) applies to 421 North in Adams Township, from its intersection with County Road 650 West to a point 98 0 feet southeast of its intersection with County Road 650 North (Frontage Road).
(3) A person who violates this division (E) commits a Class C infraction.
(4) Any fines collected for violations of this division (E) shall be deposited in the General Fund of the county.
(F) Ord. 2004-7, passed 6-7-2004.
(1) A person may not drive a vehicle on the road designated in this division (F) at a speed in excess of 15 mph.
(2) The limit set by this division (F) applies to Layton Drive in SandCreek Township, from its intersection with County Road 1100 South to a point 500 feet northwest of the west end of the concrete approach at the west end of the covered bridge.
(3) A person who violates this ordinance commits a Class C infraction.
(4) Any fines collected for violations of this division (F) shall be deposited in the General Fund of the county.
(G) Ord. 2006-11, passed 9-18-2006.
(1) A person may not operate a vehicle in excess of 40 mph on County Road 300 North between Old Highway 421 North and County Road 350 West.
(2) A person who violates this ordinance commits a Class C infraction.
(3) Any fines collected for violations of this division (G) shall be deposited in the General Fund of the county.
(H) Ord. 2007-9, passed 6-18-2007.
(1) A person may not drive a vehicle on the highway designated in this division (H) at a speed in excess of 30 mph.
(2) The limit set by this division (H) applies to the following roads:
(a) County Road 420 W, from 100 feet north of its intersection with County Road 345 N to its intersection with County Road 300 N;
(b) County Road 425 W, from its intersection with County Road 300 N to its intersection with County Road 450 W;
(c) County Road 3 00 N, from its intersection with County Road 430 W to 400 feet west of its intersection with County Road 450 W; and
(d) County Road 300 N, from its intersection with County Road 420 W to 100 feet East of the address 4222 W County Road 300 N.
(3) A person who violates this division (H) commits a Class C infraction.
(4) Any fines collected for violations of this division (H) shall be deposited in the General Fund of the county.
(5) This division (H) shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
(I) Ord. 2008-3, passed 4-21-2008.
(1) A person may not operate a vehicle on County Road 650 North from 1,700 feet west of the bridge designated as Bridge 19, to a point 1,700 feet east of Bridge 19, at a speed in excess of 30 mph.
(2) A person who violates this division (I) commits a Class C infraction.

(1) A person may not drive a vehicle on 700 W. from the St. Paul city limits south to 5276 N. County Rd. 700 W. at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour.
(2) A person who violates this division (J) commits a Class C infraction.
