§ 71.01 SCOPE.

This chapter shall apply to any railroad bridge, overpass, trestle or culvert which had carried a line of railroad over any roadway, stream or drain in this county and which railroad, roadway, stream or drain is not subject to the conflicting jurisdiction of the federal government.
