§ 30.02 WORKER’S COMPENSATION COVERAGE.

Pursuant to I.C. 22-3-2-1 et seq., the city elects to purchase and procure Worker’s Compensation Insurance in order to insure the employees of the city, including members of the Fire Department and Police Department of the city who are also members of the Firemen’s Pension Fund and the Policemen’s Pension Fund.
