§ 51.09 ACCUMULATION OF GARBAGE, RUBBISH AND HOUSEHOLD RUBBISH PROHIBITED.
   The owner, occupant or lessee of any premises located within the city shall remove from the premises all garbage, rubbish and household rubbish and keep the premises free and clear from any accumulation of garbage, rubbish and household rubbish at all times.
