§ 150.213 MINIMUM AREA OF LOT.
   (A)   Single-family dwellings: 10,000 square feet.
   (B)   All other permitted uses: 20,000 square feet.
   (C)   Minimum lot areas for uses by special exception are defined in § 150.263 of this chapter.
