§ 150.211 USES PERMITTED BY SPECIAL EXCEPTION.

   The following uses may be permitted by special exception in accordance with the procedure defined in §§ 150.261 and 150.263 of this chapter:

   (A)   Airport or heliport;

   (B)   Artificial lake of three or more acres;

   (C)   Cemetery;

   (D)   Church or temple;

   (E)   Greenhouse, commercial; and

   (F)   Public sanitary landfill.
