§ 150.090 USES PERMITTED.

   (A)   Single-family dwellings;

   (B)   Public park and public recreational facility;

   (C)   Accessory buildings; except that, they may not be erected prior to the erection of the principal buildings; and

   (D)   Accessory uses, as defined in § 150.323(E) of this chapter.
