§ 150.043 MINIMUM AREA OF LOT.
   (A)   Single-family dwellings: 8,400 square feet.
   (B)   Two-family dwellings: 15,000 square feet.
   (C)   All other permitted uses: 20,000 square feet.
   (D)   Minimum lot areas for uses by special exception are defined in § 150.263 of this chapter.
