§ 33.088 USE OF FUNDS; CHIEF OF POLICE AND COUNCIL TO APPROVE DISBURSEMENTS.
   (A)   The Common Council must appropriate the money collected from the inspection fees only for law enforcement purposes.
   (B)   All disbursements from the funds shall be on the recommendation of the Chief of Police with the approval of the Common Council.
