§ 33.086 FEE REMITTED TO CLERK- TREASURER.
   (A)   Each fee collected shall be promptly remitted to the Clerk-Treasurer.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue an official receipt for remittance specifying on such receipt the number of general receipts and the amount for each.
