§ 33.055 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be in full force and effect from date of passage, approval by the Mayor and approval by the Board of Trustees of the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund of the state.
   (B)   Active participation membership shall begin on the date set forth in § 33.054 of this chapter.
