§ 33.052 EMPLOYEES COVERED.
   The following are declared to be covered by the Fund: all full time employees of the civil city, including elected officials, but excepting officers and members of the Police and Fire Departments who are covered by either the Police Pension Fund or the Firemen’s Pension Fund.
