§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be fined not more than $100.

   (B)   (1)   Any business found to be in violation of § 130.03 of this chapter will be subject to a civil fine of $2,500. Any person found in violation of § 130.03 of this chapter will be subject to a civil fine not to exceed $1,000. All fines collected shall be deposited into the city’s General Fund.

      (2)   The City Attorney shall have the authority to seek an injunction to close any business which refuses to or fails to comply with § 130.03 of this chapter.
