§ 111.39 HOURS OF OPERATION.

No sexually oriented business, except for an adult motel, may remain open at any time between the hours of 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 10:00 a.m. of any day. A person violates this chapter if the person knowingly or recklessly operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business during prohibited times as set forth in this section.
