§ 96.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF TREE BOARD INCLUDING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

   (A)   A Tree Board for the city is hereby established which membership shall consist of the following individuals:

      (1)   The Superintendent of Parks Department;

      (2)   City Street Commissioner;

      (3)   City Council member; and

      (4)   City Forester.

   (B)   The Tree Board has the responsibility for administering the city tree program as established in this chapter.
