Except for emergency personnel or law enforcement authorities in the course of performing their duties, no person shall ride or operate any motorized vehicle on, over, along or upon any park, except roadways, driveways and parking areas designated for the use of a vehicle, or except in special limited areas as may be designated by the Board from time to time for particular type vehicles.
