§ 94.07 STARTING FIRES.
   No person shall start a fire in the park without the written authorization of the Superintendent, excepting a privately owned grill. All fires shall be continuously attended under the care and direction of a competent person. Further, the Superintendent may, at his or her discretion, prohibit fires for limited periods at any location or for any purpose. All fires shall be completely extinguished by the person or persons starting or using the same before leaving the immediate vicinity of the fire.
