No person shall injure, deface, destroy, disturb, befoul or remove any part of the park, or any building, sign, equipment or property found therein; nor shall any person maliciously cut down, destroy or injure a standing or growing vine, brush, shrub, sapling, tree, flower or other vegetation or fruit or seed growing on park property, or maliciously injure, destroy, disturb or sever from the park a product standing or growing or other thing, such as rock minerals attached thereto or a part thereof.
