§ 92.04 INSPECTION OF PREMISES.
   For the purpose of carrying the provisions of this chapter into effect, it is made the duty of all officers and employees of the city to report the existence of nuisances to the Building and Planning Department and/or the City Police Department for their investigation. Other city department officials including, but not limited to, a City Engineer, Zoning Enforcement Officer, Street Commissioner and Fire Department personnel may assist in the investigation of a possible nuisance and shall be authorized hereunder to visit, enter into or upon any building, lot, grounds or premises, within the city limits to ascertain and discover any such nuisances and/or to make examination thereof or abatement efforts.
