§ 90.01 HARBORING AND KEEPING OF DOGS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, any person who shall allow any dog habitually to remain and be lodged and be fed within his or her house, store or enclosure or on his or her premises shall be deemed to harbor and keep a dog.
