§ 54.169 WATER OBTAINED FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN CITY WATERWORKS.
   (A)   In the event a user obtains water partially or wholly from sources other than the city waterworks, the total water used must be measured or determined as provided herein or by other reasonable means as the Board of Public Works and Safety may direct.
   (B)   In the case of a single-family household having a private well but no city water supply, the sewer flow charge shall be for 1,076 cubic feet per month, unless a meter is installed on the well at the request of either the user or the city, in which case the cost of installation will be paid for by the user.
   (C)   The installation of any such meter shall be approved by the city.
