§ 54.168 RATE BASIS; METER READING SCHEDULE.

   (A)   The sewer flow charges shall be based on the quantity of water as measured by the water meter used on or in the premises subject to such sewer charges, except as otherwise provided in §§ 54.166 through 54.178 of this chapter.

   (B)   Water meters shall be read once each month, or at the option of the city, at other intervals.
